Shipping & Returns
When choosing recital attire, it is best to start looking, selecting, and purchasing around the time you know your performance date. Even though it may be several months away, especially for formal recitals and competitions, performers will need some time to rehearse in their clothing. Please keep this in mind as you review the below processing and shipping times.
Free shipping for all US orders. Unless specified on the item’s description, please note the following processing and shipping times below.

- If multiple items from our overseas fulfillment center are ordered, they may all ship separately.
- Please note that if you have purchased multiple items, some items may arrive separately.
Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
Returns and Exchanges
If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, exchanges and store credit will be accepted in the following cases:
1. You ordered a size that does not fit your child
2. You received a damaged item- please send pictures to be verified
3. You received the wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified
Refunds will only be accepted in the following cases:
1. You received the wrong item/s- please send pictures to be verified
2. You received a damaged item/s- please send pictures to be verified
3. You received an incomplete order or you did not receive your order at all
Accessories cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

You must receive authorization from customer service prior to returning the order. Unauthorized returns and returns sent back without requested information will not be accepted. Please allow 2-3 business days to respond to your inquiry.
If the delivery courier cannot deliver your item due to the shipping address you provided is incorrect, please contact your local postal service to re-route the package. If the package has been returned to sender we are happy to re-ship the items again to the correct address or offer store credit.
If you have entered the incorrect delivery address, you cannot be refunded or receive a store credit.
All order cancellations must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.

If your item is delivered outside of the 6-11 business days window, we will process a 20% discount to accommodate any inconvenience.
Any returned merchandise must be received in its original condition (unwashed and unworn with hang tags attached). Original shipping fees are not refundable unless you received the wrong item or a damaged item. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Exchanges will be shipped back at no charge. We suggest you send your returns via a trackable shipping method. If there is an issue with your order, Please do not hesitate to contact us via E-mail: (firstname.lastname@example.org), within 5 days of order receipt.
All returns are handled within seven business days of receipt. If a refund has been approved, please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Goods discounted more than 50% are not eligible for returns.
Mia and Mason has made every effort to display the color of our products as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on the device that you use to access our website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any color will be accurate.
Please note that if the item was a gift, we will be unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a store credit or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include your name, address, and phone number as well as the name and address of the person who placed the order.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
